  • Delta Protection Commission (DPC) – Update on activities.
  • Delta Stewardship Council (DSC) – Update on Delta Adapts work groups and other activities.
  • SWP/CVP – DWR released two most recent Bulletin 132 reports on SWP and the USBR conducted geotechnical investigation in August at Delta Cross Channel as part of CVP improvement/upgrade project.

  • Lawsuits – Update on ongoing CEQA fee reimbursement litigation and disclosure of new Arsenith v. 3M Company also suing NDWA.
