A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL: EXISTING LITIGATION (Three Items)
The Board will meet in Closed Session with legal counsel to discuss the following items:
i. Litigation regarding WaterFix Environmental Impact Report under CEQA. (Gov. Code 54956.9(d)(1));
ii. Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Government Code Section 54956.9 (Two Cases). Closed Session

6. Directors Election Process
- Directors Elections for Division 2 & 4 – Candidate Packets available at 3050 Beacon Blvd., Ste 203, West Sacramento, CA. Candidate Packets need to be completed at returned to above address no later than 5pm on August 18, 2023.

- Review Financial Statements.
- Update on Final June CPI for Assessments.

- SWRCB/Delta Watermaster – Update on water rights, water use reporting, and other activities.
- Delta Habitat Projects – Ulatis Creek Habitat Restoration certification filed and Yolo County filed lawsuit on Yolo Bypass Salmonid Habitat Restoration and Fish Passage Project.
- Delta Conveyance Project – State Budget Trailer Bill proposal and federal legislation introduced by Congressman Harder.
- Delta Conservancy – Updates on projects, grant funding, and other activities.
- Delta Protection Commission (DPC) – Updates on National Heritage Area, DPAC, and other activities.
- Delta Stewardship Council (DSC) – Updates on DISB vacancy, Delta Adapts, DLIS amendments, and other activities.
- CVP/SWP – Updates.
